We're seeking both full-time and part-time Wellness Advocates who are eager to promote a holistic and natural approach to health and wellness within our community.

• Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience with herbs, supplements, and vitamins, enhancing your ability to contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing the needs of customers effectively and timely.
• Engage in continuous product education to enhance expertise and service quality.
• Excel at multitasking in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating self-motivation and efficiency.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved.
• Maintain stock levels, ensuring inventory is rotated properly.
• Uphold store cleanliness, sanitizing, and overall condition to the highest standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store management, contributing to the store's success.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience or knowledge in health and wellness, holistic healing, or natural living.
• Extroverted personality with a strong passion for customer service and building relationships.
• Ability to stand for the majority of shifts and work a flexible schedule, including nights until 7:15 pm and weekends (with rotating weekend availability required without exceptions).
• Clean, mop and dust to keep store sparkly
